1. Credit/debit card in guests name is required at check-in for room security purposes.  If you do not have a credit card a $200.00 cash deposit is required for security purposes… No exceptions!
2. Confirmation must be presented at the time of check-in.
3. Payment in full is due upon arrival.
4. Deposit requirements
   1 to 6 day rental: 1 night deposit
   7 days or more: 2 night deposit
5. Deposit applies to you last night’s stay.
6. Balance due on arrival must be in cash, traveler’s check or money order.  No personal checks are accepted.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
7. Deposits refunded if notified in writing 14 days in advance of arrival date subject to a 25% service charge.
8. Deposits not transferable to future reservations.
9. No refunds due to weather or early check out.
10. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
11. Reservation held until 7pm unless otherwise notified.
12. Rates listed apply only to advance reservations.
13. Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
14. One parking space per unit, strictly enforced, regardless of unit type.
15. No bicycles in rooms.
16. Pool hours are 9am to 8pm.
17. The Resort is not required to have a lifeguard on duty.  Parents must accompany their children at all times.  Unsupervised children are prohibited from swimming.
18. As a matter of public health, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a “swim diaper” in the pool.
19. Sorry, no pets.
20. No smoking in the rooms or on the premises, including balconies. Strictly enforced
21. Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
22. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
23. May 21 to closing any reservation less that three nights add $20.00 per night.
24. You must be over 25 to reserve a room.
